Politeknik eLBajo Commodus Lepas Mahasiswa PKL Semester Genap TA 2025/2026 || eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic Sends Off Students for Their Even-Semester Internships for the 2025/2026 Academic Year


Labuan Bajo – Politeknik eLBajo Commodus (PLC) melaksanakan kegiatan Pelepasan dan Pembekalan Mahasiswa Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2025/2026. Kegiatan ini menjadi momentum penting bagi mahasiswa sebelum terjun langsung ke dunia industri dan instansi mitra. || Labuan Bajo – eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic (PLC) held a send-off and orientation ceremony for students participating in the Field Work Practice (PKL) program for the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. This event served as an important milestone for the students before they begin their fieldwork at partner companies and institutions.

Mahasiswa secara resmi dilepas oleh Direktur PLC dalam suasana penuh semangat dan harapan. Pada kesempatan tersebut, mahasiswa juga mendapatkan pembekalan langsung dari perwakilan instansi serta industri tempat pelaksanaan PKL. Pembekalan ini tidak hanya membahas aspek teknis pekerjaan, tetapi juga menekankan pentingnya etika kerja, kedisiplinan, komunikasi profesional, serta kemampuan adaptasi di lingkungan kerja nyata. || The students were officially sent off by the Director of PLC in an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and hope. On this occasion, the students also received direct orientation from representatives of the agencies and industries where their internships would take place. This orientation not only covered the technical aspects of the work but also emphasized the importance of work ethics, discipline, professional communication, and the ability to adapt to a real-world work environment.

PKL merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan vokasi yang mengedepankan konsep link and match antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia industri. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu mengimplementasikan kompetensi yang telah dipelajari di bangku kuliah ke dalam praktik langsung di lapangan. || Work-based learning is an integral part of vocational education that emphasizes the “link and match” concept between the education sector and the industrial sector. Through this program, students are expected to be able to apply the competencies they have learned in the classroom to hands-on practice in the field.

Direktur PLC dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa PKL bukan sekadar kewajiban akademik, melainkan proses pembelajaran nyata yang membentuk karakter, profesionalisme, dan kesiapan karier mahasiswa. Pengalaman di dunia kerja diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, meningkatkan keterampilan, serta membangun jejaring profesional yang bermanfaat di masa depan. || In his remarks, the Director of PLC stated that the internship program is not merely an academic requirement, but a real-world learning experience that shapes students’ character, professionalism, and career readiness. The experience in the workplace is expected to broaden their horizons, enhance their skills, and help them build professional networks that will be beneficial in the future.

Dengan dilepasnya mahasiswa PKL Semester Genap TA 2025/2026, PLC kembali menegaskan komitmennya dalam mencetak lulusan vokasi yang kompeten, adaptif, dan siap bersaing di dunia kerja. || With the commencement of the even-semester internship program for the 2025/2026 academic year, PLC once again reaffirms its commitment to producing competent, adaptable vocational graduates who are ready to compete in the workforce.
