Foundations of Management & Public Policy

Pengenalan administrasi publik, dasar-dasar manajemen organisasi, pengantar tata negara, komunikasi interpersonal, bahasa asing dasar, dan pembentukan karakter & etika birokrasi. Introduction to public administration, core organizational management, constitutional systems, interpersonal communication, foreign languages, and ethics training.

HR Operations & Public Law

Fokus pada proses rekrutmen dan seleksi, sistem hukum ketenagakerjaan, manajemen kinerja pegawai sektor publik, perencanaan kapasitas SDM, serta evaluasi jabatan. Focusing on recruitment systems, public employment law, civil service performance management, workforce capacity planning, and job evaluations.

Strategic HR & Digital Governance

Materi sistem informasi kepegawaian (e-HRM), tata kelola pemerintahan digital (e-Government), audit SDM sektor publik, kepemimpinan publik strategis, serta manajemen keuangan sektor publik. Advanced human resource information systems (e-HRM), digital governance structures, public sector auditing, strategic leadership, and public financial management.

Professional Internship & Thesis

Program magang intensif di instansi pemerintahan (Kementerian/BUMN/BUMD) atau organisasi non-profit, penyusunan rancangan inovasi kebijakan publik, dan penulisan tugas akhir/skripsi. Structured professional internships within ministries, SOEs, or non-profit sectors, designing public policy innovation programs, and writing final thesis.
