Kurikulum Ringkas Curriculum Outline

Tahun I Year I

Foundation of Hospitality

Mempelajari dasar-dasar operasional kantor depan (Front Office), kebersihan kamar (Housekeeping), pengenalan pelayanan makanan & minuman, serta penguatan kompetensi Bahasa Inggris dasar. Study of hotel fundamentals, including Front Office operations, room cleanliness (Housekeeping), general food & beverage services, and foundational English language training.

Tahun II Year II

Specialized Practice & Tech

Penguatan praktik produksi makanan & minuman (F&B Production, Pastry), layanan tata hidang profesional (barista, mixology), serta penguasaan Property Management System (PMS) hotel. Advanced kitchen practice in culinary and pastry arts, professional bar operations (barista, mixology), and mastery of digital Property Management Systems (PMS).

Tahun III Year III

Internship & Graduation

Program magang industri intensif selama 6 bulan di hotel bintang 5 tingkat nasional maupun internasional, asah keterampilan supervisi operasional, dan penyusunan Tugas Akhir. Intensive 6-month industrial internship at 5-star domestic or international hotel properties, honing operational supervisory skills, and drafting the final graduation paper.

Professional Chef

Membangun karier di lini dapur komersial, hotel berbintang, resor mewah, ataupun industri kuliner berskala internasional. Build a successful career path inside commercial kitchens of world-class 5-star hotels, resorts, or premium restaurants.

F&B Service Leader

Memimpin tim layanan restoran mewah, barista cafe premium, penyaji jamuan berskala besar, atau kru kapal pesiar. Lead dining and restaurant services, specialty premium cafes, high-grade banquet operations, or cruise ship departments.

Front Office Supervisor

Mengawasi aktivitas penerimaan tamu di front desk, koordinasi reservasi kamar, dan menjamin kepuasan tamu hotel. Supervise front-of-house guest interactions, coordinate reservations, and oversee premium guest hospitality experiences.

Eco-Entrepreneur

Mendirikan usaha kuliner kreatif mandiri, jasa katering, kafe berkonsep ramah lingkungan, atau penginapan butik. Establish creative food start-ups, boutique dining houses, green cafe properties, or independent unique lodgings.

Simulasi akomodasi kamar hotel bintang 5 dan area meja penerima tamu (Front Desk) untuk asah kompetensi divisi kamar secara riil. Realistic representation of premium hotel rooms and professional reservation centers to practice frontline procedures and room operations.

Praktek Tata Hidang

Restaurant & Beverage Simulation Lab

Fasilitas bar dan area tata hidang mewah untuk melatih layanan prima (Banquet & Restaurant Service), mixology, serta penguasaan teknik barista. Fine dining simulator and active bar counters for premium restaurant hospitality training, barista competencies, and high-end services.
