PLC Gelar Workshop Evaluasi dan Penyesuaian Visi Misi untuk Menyesuaikan dengan Perkembangan Industri || PLC Holds a Workshop to Evaluate and Adjust Its Vision and Mission to Keep Pace with Industry Developments
Labuan Bajo, 18 Maret 2025 – Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas serta relevansi visi dan misi dengan perkembangan industri, Politeknik eLBajo Commodus (PLC) menyelenggarakan Workshop Evaluasi dan Penyesuaian Visi Misi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyelaraskan arah pengembangan institusi dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja yang terus berkembang. || Labuan Bajo, March 18, 2025 – In order to improve the quality and relevance of its vision and mission in line with industry developments, eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic (PLC) held a Vision and Mission Evaluation and Alignment Workshop. This event aimed to align the institution’s development direction with the ever-evolving needs of the workforce.
Workshop ini menghadirkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, antara lain dari Ayana Komodo Resort, Dive Operators Collaboration Komodo (DOCK), Telkomsel Branch Area Flores, Luwansa Beach Resort , Bank BRI KCP Labuan Bajo, Ta’aktana Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Labuan Bajo, Dinas Pariwisata, Ekonomi Kreatif & Kebudayaan Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Asosiasi Perusahaan Perjalanan Wisata Indonesia (ASITA), serta KPP Pratama Ruteng. Dengan diskusi yang konstruktif, diharapkan masukan yang diberikan dapat memperkuat strategi pengembangan PLC agar lebih adaptif terhadap tantangan dan peluang di era digital serta globalisasi. || This workshop brought together various stakeholders, including representatives from Ayana Komodo Resort, the Komodo Dive Operators Collaboration (DOCK), the Telkomsel Flores Area Branch, Luwansa Beach Resort, Bank BRI Labuan Bajo Branch, Ta’aktana Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Labuan Bajo, the West Manggarai Regency Department of Tourism, Creative Economy, and Culture, the Indonesian Travel Agents Association (ASITA), and the Ruteng Tax Office. Through constructive discussions, it is hoped that the input provided will strengthen PLC’s development strategy so that it can better adapt to the challenges and opportunities of the digital age and globalization.
Direktur PLC, Prof. Dr. I Nengah Dasi Astawa, M.Si., dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan langkah strategis untuk memastikan lulusan PLC memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar industri. “Kami ingin memastikan bahwa setiap lulusan Politeknik eLBajo Commodus tidak hanya memiliki keterampilan teknis yang unggul tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan industri yang dinamis,” ujarnya. || In his opening remarks, PLC Director Prof. Dr. I Nengah Dasi Astawa, M.Si., stated that this initiative is a strategic step to ensure that PLC graduates possess competencies that meet industry standards. “We want to ensure that every graduate of the eLBajo Commodus Polytechnic not only possesses outstanding technical skills but is also able to adapt to the dynamic changes in the industry,” he said.
Kegiatan ini juga menjadi wujud komitmen PLC dalam mengembangkan pendidikan vokasi yang berkualitas, selaras dengan kebutuhan tenaga kerja profesional, serta mendukung pembangunan ekonomi daerah dan nasional. || This initiative also demonstrates PLC’s commitment to developing high-quality vocational education that aligns with the needs of the professional workforce and supports regional and national economic development.
Dengan adanya evaluasi dan penyempurnaan visi misi ini, diharapkan PLC semakin mampu mencetak lulusan yang kompetitif, inovatif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. || With the evaluation and refinement of this vision and mission, it is hoped that PLC will be even better equipped to produce graduates who are competitive, innovative, and ready to face the challenges of the workforce.
